Using a pizza cutter, cut your favorite tortilla (I used Don Pauncho's whole wheat tortillas) in 8th or smaller if you choose. You could also use cookie cutters and make the "chips" in to fun shapes. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 4 minutes. TA-DA! You have healthy, unfried, unoily, unsalted tortilla chips. Goes perfectly with my
Black Bean Dip or your favorite salsa!
